ABOUT US

Welcome to Bakermoon, a recording studio in Berlin.

Located in a bright, spacious warehouse with great acoustics, the studio offers an inspiring place to create and record in the vibrant Kreuzberg-Neukölln district.

Our selection of high-end gear is centred around a beautiful 1970s Quad 8 Coronado mixing console, vintage analog outboard and lots of great instruments. If you have any special equipment needs for your session just let us know as we can pretty much get our hands on anything.

Bakermoon is owned and run by British engineer and producer Ed Bentley, who took over the premises from Golden Retriever Studios in October 2016.

External producers and engineers are always highly welcome - please get in touch to schedule a session.

In addition to a spacious kitchen and communal area, we also have some accommodation on site, which can be a convenient option for out of town and touring artists.

There are plenty of great cafes, bars, clubs, parks, restaurants, etc, right outside the studio - perfect for relaxing during sessions. Just ask for our favourites!
